Meet Dr. Kellie

Kellie Soltis, PT,DPT,CDNT,TMBP

Doctor of Physical Therapy
Certified Dry Needling Therapist
Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist
Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist
Thompson Method Breastfeeding Practitioner

Dr. Kellie Soltis earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arcadia University in 2011 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in 2014. She has completed extensive training in both external and internal pelvic floor physical therapy through the American Physical Therapy Association's Academy of Pelvic Health. In addition, she is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling and is a Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Throughout her career, Dr. Soltis has worked in large outpatient clinics, but after becoming a mother in 2019, she felt called to create a more personalized approach to care. Understanding the demands and stressors that busy parents face, she founded Natural Fit Physio to provide one-on-one, individualized treatment in a calm, supportive environment where each patient receives her full attention for the entire session.

Her treatment philosophy centers on treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. By identifying the root cause of dysfunction, she helps patients achieve lasting results rather than relying on temporary fixes. Dr. Soltis is passionate about providing compassionate, personalized care that aligns with each individual's goals, lifestyle, and unique needs. As a mother of two, she has a special passion for supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond, believing that if something matters to her patients, it matters to her.

Dr. Soltis has also completed advanced training in breastfeeding support techniques to help mothers experiencing pain or challenges with feeding. She practices the Thompson Method, a gentle, breastfeeding-centered approach that transformed her own feeding experience with her second child after a difficult and painful journey with her first. She is dedicated to helping families find comfort, confidence, and support throughout their unique breastfeeding journeys.

Meet Yaya

Client Care Coordinator

Yaya is excited to be part of the Natural Fit Physio team and to help create a welcoming, supportive environment for every patient. Born and raised in New York City, she is a devoted wife and currently an undergraduate psychology student with aspirations of becoming a psychiatrist.

Her passion for working in healthcare stems from her own experiences navigating various health challenges throughout childhood and early adulthood. Those experiences have given her a deep appreciation for the patient journey and a greater understanding of the support, compassion, and reassurance that can make a difference during healthcare visits. She strives to be a calm, friendly presence and enjoys helping create a smooth and comfortable front office experience so patients feel supported from the moment they walk through the door. Patients may even notice the pink accents that add a touch of her personality to the front desk!

Outside of work and school, Yaya enjoys spending time with family, staying active in her community and church, and finding creative ways to bring joy to everyday life. She looks forward to meeting each patient and contributing to the positive, personalized experience that makes Natural Fit Physio unique.
