Client Care Coordinator:
Do you excel in communication and making people feel comfortable? Natural Fit Physio is a woman-owned, pelvic floor specialty practice seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated candidate to work seamlessly with the therapist and patients in the role of Client Care Coordinator.
This is not a typical administrative position - this is an opportunity to develop relationships, impact the wellbeing of clients, and work in a fun and supportive environment in our small clinic. The Client Care Coordinator is the friendly face that welcomes clients to the practice and plays a vital role in our clients' care and optimal clinic function.
This position involves effectively interacting with patients and the therapist in the clinic, answering phone calls, managing emails, scheduling clients, assisting with paper and digital marketing preparation, and maintaining office organization and presentation. A self starter who excels in project and time management, including clinic operations, schedule management, and client communications, may have the opportunity for growth based on the needs of the clinic. Awareness of pelvic floor therapy is helpful; however, we are willing to train the right individual.

Qualifications and skills:
High school diploma or higher
At least one year of customer service experience preferred
Able to navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously
Commitment to creating an ideal customer service experience and ability to professionally communicate at all times
Able to take patient information, manage email communications, and feel comfortable on the phone
Driven to learn and communicate about physical therapy and the various diagnoses that are served, including pelvic floor therapy
