"Kellie was fantastic! She listened to my concerns during and after pregnancy and put together a plan to address those concerns. She also had clear, simple recommendations to improve me and my child’s breastfeeding experience."
Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy
Leaking, feelings of heaviness, prolapse, and even back or hip pain can all be related to your pelvic floor. We offer a comprehensive approach to alleviating your symptoms, with a focus on function and the root cause of your symptoms - not just “do your kegels.”
After a full body assessment, we utilize a combination of external hands on therapies, internal assessment and manual therapies (helpful, but not a requirement!), personalized exercises, and education about what is happening and why.
Breastfeeding Doesn’t Always Feel Natural
Our goal is to help you find the right fit with your baby
Unbearable pain, low supply, and exhaustion from feeding and pumping can make it feel impossible.
By 6 months, over 80% of mothers end their breastfeeding journey - for many, this is not by choice.
We are here to support you - helping moms breastfeed painfree for as long as they choose.
